"Collaboration Refresh"

"Collaboration Refresh" helps team leaders, project managers, and organizational leaders keep collaborative engagements effective and enjoyable, especially important when new members join the team. We'll examine how collaborative engagements differ from other types of meetings and explore practical tools to help navigate the three phases of collaborative discussions (Fine-Tune the Focus; Corral Fast-Flowing Ideas; Stick the Landing). The workshop version requires pre-work and provides hands on practice with several straightforward facilitation best practices. An optional follow-on session for conducting and reviewing communication style assessments is available.

In-person or virtual.

"Beyond The Vision Statement:
Making a Case For Shared Vision"

"Beyond The Vision Statement: Making a Case For Shared Vision" examines why arriving at a shared vision is essential for high-performing project teams and organizations. But the journey can be challenging, even for experienced leaders. We explore how you can move your group beyond a vision statement by using the four pillars of shared vision as a catalyst: mission, approach, purpose, and intent. We’ll examine how to leverage the pillars to keep your multi-disciplinary team on track while enabling team members to take initiative. The workshop version gauges how closely team member perspectives are aligned around the four pillars of shared vision.

In-person or virtual.

"Build Your Team's Pivot Platform"

"Build Your Team's Pivot Platform" adapts the storyboard concept to create a platform for upcoming planning, decision, messaging, strategy or resourcing initiatives. This multi-session workshop uses a four-step process and introduces skill-based approaches and additional resources:

1) Acknowledge strengths
2) Anticipate shifting operating environment
3) Differentiate between solvable and manageable
4) Reframe challenges as opportunities

The team works collaboratively during each session with some preparation expected between sessions.

In-person or virtual.

This is a Multi-Session Workshop, ideal for one team of up to 10 members, segmented into six 1.5-hour sessions with individual and team prework for each session.
