"Focus! Turn Down the Volume on Distracting Self-Talk" offers pragmatic examples of how inner dialog can either help or hurt your ability to fully engage in the present. We’ll explore why focus matters both personally and professionally, identify where distracting self-talk comes from and how it shows up, and offer tactics for turning down the volume so you can concentrate on your performance, your team, the upcoming meeting, that big interview, or the next big project. The workshop version includes an opportunity to journal observations and outline personal next steps as we progress through the material.
